This SMS Terms & Privacy Notice supplements the MJC Companies Privacy Policy and applies specifically to SMS/text messaging provided in connection with the MJC Companies customer platform.
SMS / Text Messaging Privacy Notice
MJC Companies offers SMS notifications through the MJC Companies customer platform, which is powered by our messaging platform provider, Foundation Technology Inc. ("Foundation").
When you opt in and verify your mobile number, we collect your mobile number and consent record and may send you transactional messages relating to your home, including activity updates, construction milestone progress, document uploads, action item assignments, event reminders, warranty or service updates, and other communications relating to your home or relationship with MJC Companies.
To deliver these messages, we share your mobile number and related data only with service providers that operate our messaging platform and transmit the messages, including Foundation and telecommunications carriers, and only for those purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other data-sharing categories described in our Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties except service providers solely as necessary to provide and deliver the messaging service.

Foundation provides the messaging platform to MJC Companies and is not the sender of these messages. You agree that Foundation is an intended third-party beneficiary of this SMS / Text Messaging section and may enforce the disclaimers and limitations of liability contained in it.
